Here's the menu & water thread...sorry it's late!

My menu for yesterday (Phase 1 this week)

B: cottage cheese, tomato juice
S: 1 wedge laughing cow lite on celery rib
L: scrambled egg with diced ham, lettuce & tomato salad, evoo & vinegar
S: 20 peanuts
D: bbq turkey breast, salad as above, 1/2 cup black beans

water 140 oz.

sn=marg on wasa cracker

l-tuna salad on 2 sl.Ezekiel bread

sn=v8 juice

d-Oven roasted beef burgury[recipe]canned mixed veggies

des-1c l/f yogurt

80 oz water 1/2 my weight.

D 2 scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, guacamole, salsa on 2 corn tortillas
mixed salad greens, sunflower seeds, Newman's raspberry dressing.

Not enough water

L- chicken salad wrap (did have low carb tortilla)
L- mocha riccotta
s - ?? right now I'm too full to think about it
D - Chicken salad on Lettuce

I know I varied a little, and very little veggies today...

Here I am with my menu for today

B. oat bran hot cereal (I love this cereal. It reminds me of cream of wheat)
S. none was walking then
L. SB cheese pizza with salad and steamed leftover veggies
S. ? Maybe if I need it
D. baked salmon more salad and broccoli/carrots steamed

working on getting in my 128 oz. It's hot here today so not having a problem with that one. LOL

L, homemade taco meat with salad, 1 oz ff cheese
S, nf yogurt with pecans
D, imit crab, salad, grilled veggies, sf lime jello
No night eating, kitchen closed after dinner
