Good Morning all! Here is our new combined menu and water thread! Feel free to post either your menus, your water log, or both!
My menu for yesterday: B: 2 slices turkey bacon, 2 eggs scrambled with spinach & parmesan, 6 oz. tomato juice S: 1 wedge Laughing Cow Lite cheese L: 3 oz. tuna, 1 tblsp mayo, dill relish, rolled in lettuce leaves S: 20 peanuts D: 6 oz. lean steak, steamed cauliflower, SB cole slaw. Water = 140 oz. |

Here's my menu for the day:
B: 1 cup of whole wheat cereal with 1 tbsp of raisins and 1 cup of skim milk S: a SBD cereal bar and a cup of coffee L: tuna salad with a package of SBD whole wheat crackers S: an orange D: 1 cup of homemade beef strognoff over 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice and 3 small pieces of sugar free candy (90 calories) for dessert |

Hi Ladies
![]() Phase 2 menu b-l/f ham rolls on a bed of 1c lima beans,1c 1% milk for tea sn-l/f cheese cubes l-salad w) dress.Morn Star beef strip,sauteed peppers & onions in 2 corn taco shells. sn-1c yogurt d-chicken breast on 1/2c barley & 1c green beans des-baked apple. Drank 64 oz. so far going for 80 oz of water[1/2 my weight] Hugs CAG |

20 oz water at work S: SB Cereal Bar L: dad's homemade beef vegetable soup (no potatoes), 1/4 cup cashews, 8oz of yogurt (plain FF mixed with SF lime jello packet) 20 oz water S: LC Slim Fast shake D: at least 12oz water, 12oz 1% milk, chicken breast, green beans, and either broccoli w/cheese or a small salad S: LC ice cream or SF pudding |
