Morning All! Here's our check in thread. Sorry it's late!

Cool ! Made it back in time to edit my original post! I had a real struggle yesterday! Every carb in the house was calling to me! I ate a couple of things I should not have, and I ate too much of the things that are "legal"!

I have been resisting returning to Phase 1 because it feels like a step backwards, but I am thinking that I just may have to go there...Everything feels out of sync. FBS is up, cravings are back and I DO NOT want to add any pounds to the scale!! I think I will strive for perfect days on Phase 2 through Saturday. If things aren't better, I will jump back onto Phase 1 on Sunday after my weigh-in.

Well, at least I have a plan!

You've got it! Check-in is just a "roll-call" and an opportunity to let everyone know how you're doing. You can just "drive by" to say Hi, or write more if you have the time!

Good Morning All! Today is day #3 for me of Atkins Induction and I HAVE to go the full fourteen days for myself. I've never given it a week, let alone fourteen days and I want to see my results at the end of two weeks. I will say that I had a very small dinner last night because I just wasn't hungry.

I exercise five days a week, so I don't want to undereat. Have a great day everyone!

To get ready to eat healthy again after being gone a month, I did a ton of grocery shopping last night. I was supposed to cook the food too, but it was too late after shopping and the gym. I have my first day of classes today, then dinner with a friend, then the gym...then I'll get cook hopefully.

I'm down a bit, but not at my sig weight. Hopefully, I'll be there soon.


good job moonstruck - you can do 2 weeks!!

Hi Guys

Well I am up a pound this morning. Cant tell if it was from the bread that I added back into my diet yesterday. Only had one slice for brks as toast. Or the banana, or the LF POPCORN. lol I really think it was the latter. I have been good so long, and then yesterday, ZAP! I had to have some popcorn. It was so salty. My lips even hurt after. Best wishes Steph on Atkins!!!

I need to drink more water.

Im here!

160 pounds, had a left over lean cuisine low carb dinner for breackfast

broccoli, chicken and cheese sauce....I'm not sure the cheese sauce was low fat though.

Counted out my walnuts for a snack. I'm finishing my coffee before I go plan out the rest of the days food.

My last couple of days were really good. I have to say they were perfect days because I have done them without the late night refrigerator walk. I've gone back to a daily weigh-in and I think that is what is keeping me from eating late night. I'm just the type of person that needs the extra watching so I won't think I can splurge some of the days and then be good the rest of the week to show a loss. Kid stuff I know but I have to play tricks on myself to keep my portion control in check.

to all the new ladies! This is the nicest place for support! I plan on keeping my perfect days going and also my nights.

Hi everyone!

I'm new here too! Been doing Atkins for two years...time to make a switch!

I had a good day today..not quite on SB yet..waiting to buy the book and stock my fridge with the new SB items I can eat!! I am figuring I will stick SOLID to Atkins until I'm well stocked and I've read up.
