Welcome Karla! We look forward to getting to know you!
I don't eat the frozen meals but I do eat the frozen pizzas. They are great. I don't believe in relying too heavily on any prepackaged foods but they look good and in a pinch or for something different, I'd give them a try. I think I read that they are coming out with some Asian inspired frozen entrees that I would love to try. |

HI Lisa! Thanks for the welcome. I have been off and on the atkins for a while now, and can't seem to stick with it. I hope this suits me better!

Karla, welcome! I also just made the jump from Atkins because I was having a hard time sticking to it. The lack of variety was making me nauseous. Literally!
I have had the SB meals...but not the frozen. They're tortilla based meals. One has chicken, salsa, cheese & sugar free jello. Another is a BLT type and the third was a chicken ceaser. All yummy! I found them in the deli department of Walmart. Personally I don't buy any of the SB meals often because they're pricey. $2.87 ea at Walmart. Maybe I shouldn't be so cheap! ![]()

Hi Guys
I buy the frozen ..dont eat it all the time, but it is handy on certain days of the week here, and it has not stalled me. What stall me is the stupid popcorn I eat. I havent tried the breakst. wraps yet , they sound good. But I have the pizza, and the dinners in my freezer for emergency use only. lol I had pizza yesterday. It was an emergency. LOL. I also like the meal replacement bars for church on Sun. I eat that for brkst, and chicken salad for lunch then my dinner. Did really good, no stalls. Hope this helps. Sheila
