Here is my menu for the day:
B: no breakfast (bad I know) S: no morning snack (bad again I know) L: (hey I'm home from work today and dh and I slept in abit Anyway, we went to Bob Evans for brunch and I had 1-1/2 multigrain pancakes with sugar free syrup, 2 lite sausage patties and 2 scrambled eggs with 1/2 cup of 2% milk S: 1 cup of cherries and 2 cups of popcorn with a diet soda D: 1 slice of Linda Sue's deep dish deluxe pizza and 2 (it's a rare treat believe me) sugar free chocolate covered cherries I wasn't going to share my menu today because I didn't want to induce cravings for anyone on Phase 1 or doing a really strict Phase 2 but I'm trying to stay accountable here. I think if I had to guestimate my calories for the day, I'd say they were somewhere between 1800 and 2000. Not too bad but I like to keep them between 1500 and 1700 so I'll do better tomorrow when I'm back at work.
