When I do my eggs any way of choice I use a non-stick frying pan and spray evoo from the can or use I can't believe it's not butter spray for flavor.

We use the smallest amount of butter possible. (Butter really isn't allowed on SB, but we use it anyway. )

I've been using the spray olive oil or canola oil with a teflon pan. It seems to work for scrabled or omlette style eggs.

Sometimes if I am in a hurry, I scramble the eggs in the microwave but I have a really hard time getting the bowl clean (even in the dishwasher).

It's either evoo or that combined with Smart Balance for me. Some folks don't like the stronger taste of evoo in their eggs, so I also keep "light" olive oil on hand. No "olive" taste...

I spray my pan with Pam when I make my scrambled eggs.
