Post your "Good Eats" here!

My menu for yesterday (Phase 2)
B: 1 slice sourdough toast with peanut butter & smart balance, V-8
S: 1 wedge laughing cow lite
L: ww tortilla with steak um, lf jack cheese, lettuce & tomato, 1 tbsp mayo
S: none, too full from lunch!
D: Trader Joe's "boil & peel" shrimp (these are delicious, quick & easy to peel), steamed cauliflower, lettuce, tomato & cucumber salad with Italian dressing. I used some Steel's lemon & dill seafood sauce. Loved the flavor, but it was too sweet for my taste. I am going to add some horseradish to it next time.

Here is my menu for the day:

B: usual ww cereal with raisins and skim milk

S: Dannon light and fit strawberry yogurt

L: 1 slice of leftover meatloaf and a romain salad with tomatos (2 tablespoons of light ranch dressing)

S: 1 cup of cherries

D: 1 hot dog on ww bread and a bag of microwave popcorn with a diet soda and a SBD chocolate protein bar and 1 cup of skim milk for dessert

Projected calories: 1650

snack 1/2 c ff yogurt plain
lunch 2 small talipia very small salad with ff ranch
snack 1/2 apple, 1 oz of lf mozerella cheese , 1/2 sf/ff white choc. pudding (wanted to eat the whole bowl, but didnt)
supper
sweet potato
salmon string beans

dessert
ricotta, 1/2 c menu

tea, coffee, water and diet pepsi through out day

Today was just a bit different as we were out on a day trip to a casino but here is what I had.

B. all-bran cereal with 1% milk
S. Banana
L. roast beef, turkey, pastrami and fat free amer. cheese roll ups
S. microwaved popcorn and an apple
D. turkey/ham/swiss cheese/cheddar cheese with hb egg chef salad

B: SB cinnamon raisin cereal bar, small banana ( was on the road after the gym)
S: 1 oz peanuts
L: Grilled chicken salad with lite italian dsg (1/2 pk) from Burger King
S: light N fit yogurt
D: 6oz salmon grilled with a orange/balsamic reduction, mediterranean veggies and a small sweet potato w/ 1 tbsp smart balance and dash of cinnamon
