S: a Dannon light and fit strawberry yogurt

L: 1 cup of homemade beef stroganoff over 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice and a diet soda

D: 1 SBD deluxe pizza (with veggies and chicken sausage), 1 diet soda and 1 Atkins Endulge chocolate bar for dessert

Projected calories: 1550

NEW SB Meals

Hi guys, if you want to view my food journal just click on the link in my signature.

I've noticed the new SB frozen meals at my grocery store. I've had several of them and think they taste really great! I've tried a ton of different ones in my lifetime and these are the best. They also have pizzas that I love to make with a salad (Diet Done Right dressing is the absolute best - the blue cheese is great tasting and not bad for you).

that sounds good, I put chicken lemon pepper on it tonight...that was good too. I have cajun season, I will do that the next time. Thanks for the idea.

Sharon, I am so sorry to hear about your losing your dad! It does leave a big hole in your heart, but here's a big dose of love from me to help fill it up again!

My menu for today (Phase 2)

B: 1/2 cup Atkins Blueberry Morning cereal, 1/2 cup 1% milk
S: none, forgot
L: salad with tomato, onion, cheddar & italian dressing
S: ate lunch too late
D: WW spaghetti with 5 meatballs & Emeril's Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, salad with tomato, cucumber, gr. onion & italian dressing.

Miracle of Miracles, I wasn't even hungry today!! Go figure...

Sheila, I keep forgetting to tell how great your new picture is!!

Now, about the tilapia...I am a big fan too! I get a Key Lime Pepper Blend at Cost Plus World Market (Spice Hunter I think) that is fabulous on all kinds of fish! Let is "marinate" in the Key Lime Pepper for a few minutes then throw it in a grill pan. Yum!!
