Here's the place to post your daily menus!

My menu for yesterday (Phase 2)
B: 2 egg omelet with LF jack cheese, 2 strips turkey bacon, 1 slice sourdough toast
S: 1/3 cup ff yogurt/davinci's syrup
L: cottage cheese, green beans
S: none
D: 1/2 loin pork chop, brown rice, green beans

Monday Menu

B: 2 eggs w/grn & red peppers
moz. cheese
1 turkey sausage

S: 15 pumpkin seeds

L: 2 cups shredded lettuce/peppers/lean turkey/turkey bacon/
olives/ LF cheese/olive oil dressing

S: SF Jello cup

D: chicken breast
broccli w/ moz cheese

Any simple suggestions for dessert. I have a hard time not going overboard on the sweets????

determined - I used to eat a couple of the no sugar added fudgesicles a lot for dessert. They were under the 75 calorie limit and so chocolatey! Some people like the ricotta desserts but I don't. Yuck. There are no sugar added popsicles too. Right now I eat fruit or a sugar free jello pudding cup (60 calories) for dessert.

Here is my menu:

B: 1 cup of ww cereal with 1 tsp of raisins and 1 cup of skim milk

S: a Dannon light and fit strawberry yogurt

L: 1/2 cup of tuna salad and a package of SBD ww crackers (100 calorie pack)

S: 1 cup of cherries (yes, cherries in the winter, woohoo!)

D: 1 cup of homemade beef stroganoff over 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice and a sugar free chocolate Jello pudding cup for dessert

Projected calories: 1522

Moment of truth !! Here was todays menu.

Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal made w/ skim milk, 1/2 banana
Snack: 4oz yogurt
Lunch: Salad of Lettuce, carrots shaved turkey and ham
evoo/vinegar dressing 2 tbsp
Snack: 1 oz pack of lightly salted almonds
Dinner: Grilled chicken w/ rosemary/thyme, cannelloni bean salad with roasted roma tomatoes and garlic.
Dessert: sf jello w/ whipped cream ( havent eaten that yet lol)

omlet with 3 eggs/ 2 slices turkey bacon microed to a crisp

snack 1 c ff yogurt, with 1 tblsp of cocoa and sweet and low

lunch
1 tblsp of coconut oil to dribble over chicken salad, and vinegar to taste.

snack
8 oz of V 8 juice

supper
1 c tuna
1 egg
spinach

for snack later I will probably have some sf jello
drank water, green tea, coffee or and Fresca

L, lean pork chop with spinach and salad with OO
S, celery w laughing cow lite
D, salad with taco meat, 1 oz lite cheese, 1/2 avocado with lemon juice, 1/2 c beans
