I lost a pound since Wednesday with WW Flex and I feel great. I've been exercising like a mad woman too and am more interested in doing different routines on DVD vs. using a machine. Who's up for a perfect day? ME, ME, ME! ![]() |

Weighed in this a.m. at a whopping 136.5 - highest I've been since last March when I dropped down to 124. I feel fat and disgusting and all I can remember is how great I felt (knees didn't hurt) last March so .... I'm in charge here and I will make the right choices. I KNOW, I'VE SAID THAT BEFORE.......I'm giving myself a major A$$KICKING. A lot of mental talk going on for me today.
Unsweetened Cran-water 16 oz. Small amount of Trail Mix - raisens, cranberries etc. (carb content not too bad - seen much worse) Diet Pepsi Not the greatest meal plan for the day yet, but Assistant was going to be out, baby was up all night with fever from 2 yr. molars coming in and I rushed to work without much thought to food. I'll get by without eating crap from the machine though!!!!!!!!! Wendy's ceasar salad maybe. Have a great day, I'm going to and I'm going to check in with a loss! Renee ![]() |

Hi everyone. I just posted on another thread that I am going to try to post more consistently! I have lurked for months, but hardly ever post. I started SB (again) on 1/1 after totally bingeing on Christmas goodies! I've been doing P2 (and not very well), but decided this afternoon that I really need to go back to P1. So I am stopping at the store on my way home to load up on P1 foods so that I have no excuses tomorrow. The hardest part for me will be giving up my wine in the evening. But I'm definitely ready. I am committed to this WOE - it's time.

Welcome aboard! I had a perfect day today so far! Have not cheated since I restarted phase 1. Thurs. is my last day on Phase 1, going to either try to stay this way until Mon, or go to 1.5. I am still on the slow side of losing, but losing none the less. WTG everyone. Sheila |
