I enjoy them a lot. The frozen pizzas are really good, especially now that you can microwave them. The whole wheat flakes cereal is very good too but way too sweet for my tastes. I eat the whole wheat crackers with my tuna for lunch a couple of times a week and it's nice to know you can eat the whole small package and it's just 100 calories. I also eat the protein cereal bars for snacks or sometimes for dessert. I guess you could say I like all the products I've tried. My husband and sister didn't care too much for the wraps but I'm not a wrap kinda gal so I haven't tried them personally.

I have the wraps in my freezer for next Fri when I go to Phase 2. I have tried the dinners before and the pizza. I like both, and the meal replacement bars too.

Hi Lisa and Lisa

I don't want to be a wet blanket--just a different view.

We have tried the cheese pizza twice. My husband has eaten the wraps in an emergency when he was caught out with no food and said they were edible. My eyes crossed when I read the ingredients on the cereal, cookies, and bars. Most of this stuff is the same kind of junk we are supposed to stay away from, with a SB label on it. None of it is suitable for phase one, with the exception of some frozen dinners, which as a non-meat eater, I haven't tried. I have heard others say they are ok for an occasional meal in a pinch. I see most of these products defeating the purpose of the program. Rant over.

Thanks for the posts guys ! I would definately stay away from the sugar alcohols if I can, I dont want to start on the wrong foot here. Covenience would be great, but I intend on carrying lean deli meats fruit and veggies with me. I also bought some nuts on the go packs, each is divided into individual 1 oz servings. I am stoked and hope I do well with this ! I am just afraid of no weightloss or really slow weightloss, but hopefully not !

Rose - I'm going to test your theory out and see how my body responds to it. I'm so focused on calories right now that as long as it fits the bill and doesn't have the refined stuff I'm usually okay with it but I have really restricted my calories for the past week and my weight stayed the same. I wonder if I cut out the bars and crackers and pizza if I would see a loss. I'll give it a try and report back. Thanks for your view. I of course know better than to start relying on convenience foods again but they can be so handy and were on sale at Target so I bought a bunch of stuff!

I actually like all the SB products! I agree that mostly we should eat fresh, whole foods, but sometimes I ahve to have breakfast inthe car and then I will resort to a meal bar. The pizza is good too when I don't have leftovers to bring for lunch. Occasional convenience foods are a great help to me!

I do want to add also that I don't eat this stuff all the time. I think that is when you can really run into trouble if you think all you have to do is buy SBD convenience products and still lose weight. I do believe, as Patt said above, that you have to eat whole foods most of the time.

I also like the pizza for times when I know that I will need something easy, or for when the fridge is bare :-) I love love love the oatmeal peanut butter cookies, but like many of you have said ... they are not really going to help me, are they? LOL. But I have managed to control myself with them so I do keep them around. They were a lifesaver while I was out of town and staying with friends. That way I could have a little snack without asking for special food from my host.

I haven't tried the cereal b/c I've found other that are less expensive that seem better for me, like Kashi.

Hi Beachers,
Atkins kid here just asking about the Kraft SBD snack bars.
They have sugar and syrup in them.
Do SBers do that stuff, sugar?
I admit, a family member has them in and I ate a few when out of
my snacks and my wt.loss slowing down, I'm not sure if it was too many nuts and the bars..anyway, I avoid them now.
But does anyone think SBD 'sold out' to Kraft or does SBD allow sugar and syrup in later phases.
Thanks,
Mack

I haven't had the frozen stuff but if you're talking about the same wraps that I am (they come in a box in the deli section and have a little jello inside)...I like them. Quite a bit actually.
