I read 4oz of nonfat artificially sweetened yogurt per day, can we have more ? I notice some post eating more than 4 oz and I know there have been some changes made since the book. Thanks !

Plain yogurt is acceptable for Phase 1 and I can't find a real limit. The sweetened is not introduced until Phase 2 and that type is limited to 4 oz. I know that a lot of people do eat more, but it stalls some people. Hope this helps. Emily's Mom |
