Hi Beachers. I had my first Weight Watchers weigh-in this morning (last one was in May, 2005) and I'm down a pound! My first day back with Flex Points was Wednesday, so it is definitely working! It works when I work it - and having lost 31 pounds in six months three years ago, I'm living proof.

I'm pumping up my exercise routine also and am doing five days a week (at least four). I just ordered two new programs off the Beach Body web site: Turbo Jam and Power 90. I can't wait to get them. I used my Callanetics 10 in 10 last Saturday and unfortunately - I don't care for it that much. It seemed very boring and I much prefer "dancy" exercise routines. I was curious about Tae Bo and bought a DVD today - but since it's kickboxing, I will more than likely go at my own pace.

Have a great day everyone!

Hi gang, I'm home. We had a little drive away for fresh air.

Hopefully, I'll get back on track.

Good Afternoon Beachers!
I did Tae Bo yesterday and what a workout! I did most of the 55-minute workout and really like Billy Banks.

I went to my first WW weigh in since May, 2004 and it felt really good. I'm hopeful for a 1 1/2 - 2-pound loss this week.

Good evening ladies,

Just a quick check in to see how everyone is doing.

Stephanie - Woohoo!!! Congrats on your loss! We're so proud of you and so happy that you are sticking around to post with us.

Marva - hey sweetie! I hope things calm down in your life enough for you to start posting with us regularly again. I have been missing you and thinking about you.

Sheila - I was thinking about switching plans. I am feeling kinda desperate sometimes to lose these last 10 pounds but I know any program that allows sugar would be the death of me. I wish I could handle the sugar but I get really sick if I eat it. I'm glad too things are working out for Steph. I wish I could be more flexible but it's not in the cards for me. If these 10 poudns don't come off soon, I might consider surgery. I'm sure if I got some of this flabby skin removed I'd be 15 pounds or more lighter!
