Is Crystal Light ok on SB?

Hello Everyone,

I have read these forums and scrolled along the before/after for SB and Aktins for over a year and this is my first post. I really enjoy the support and most of my questions are asked and answered by the other ladies.

I believe it is. I have it pretty often - our favorite is the lemonade with sugar-free black cherry or raspberry syrup mixed in.

I drink it every day but greatly diluted. I use the single packs that are suppose to flavor one 20 oz bottle of water. I can usually get 4 bottles out of one.

I like the Raspberry Ice and Orange Morning. I also use the Peach Tea in hot water - it is yummy.
