My menu for yesterday - Phase 2 B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 6 ww crackers S: 1/2 cup ff yogurt with raspberry Davincis L: arugala/tomato salad with 3 oz. tuna, 1 slice lf cheese, 8 peanuts, 1 tsp mayo & 1 tsp vinegar & evoo S: string cheese D: ground round patty, sauteed onions & mushrooms, baked yam "fries", lettuce/tomato salad witn vinegar & evoo |

Here's my menu:
B: usual weekday breakfast of ww cereal (1 cup), raisins (1 tbsp) and skim milk (1 cup) S: 1 apple and 1 tbsp of all natural peanut butter L: 1/2 cup of tuna salad and 1 package of 100 calorie SBD ww crackers S: 1 cup of cherries (yes I actually found cherries in Ohio in January - woohoo!) D: 2 pieces of fried fish and 1 cup of homemade cole slaw with a sugar free chocolate Jello pudding cup for dessert Approximate total calories 1720 (a little high but that's okay) |
