Here's the place to track your water goals & results!

My goal is 140 oz. daily. Made it yesterday!

I am trying something different with my water drinking these days. Instead of making a pot of decaf the minute I get up, I try to have a couple of glasses of water first. The benefit is that I am having an easier time reaching my goal, because drinking a pot of coffee delays the start of my water-drinking for a couple of hours. I am also wanting/drinking less coffee.

I have to do those little tricks too Chris. It's water first then something different is what works for me. Keep up the great job! I'm still wearing my water wings.
