What's on the menu today? Post 'em here.

Mine for yesterday (Phase 1ish):
B: 2 scrambled eggs with spinach, 2 slices turkey bacon
S: celery stalk with natural p.butter
L: 3 oz. tuna on lettuce & tomato salad, grated lf cheese, 5 olives
S: 1/3 c yogurt
D: grilled steak, steamed cauliflower, lettuce & tomato salad/vinegar & evoo

Start Date: 12/01/03 - restart 11/01/08 (down 6.2!)
Here's my menu for the day:

B: 1 cup of ww cereal with 1 tablespoon of raisins and 1 cup of skim milk

S: 1 oz. of cashews

L: 1/2 cup of tuna salad with a package of SBD ww crackers

S: 1 large apple and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

D: 1 cup of homemade chili with 1 tablespoon of low fat sour cream and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese with 1 cup of grapes for dessert

Projected total calories: 1500

Here are Tuesday's and Wednesday's menus:

Tuesday

Breakfast: 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup walnuts, cinnamon, and caramel DaVinci's.

Lunch/Snack: 2 string cheese sticks, 6 oz. V-8. (breakfast was late, so we didn't have much of a lunch...)

Dinner: Spicy veggie "chicken" patty with cheddar cheese, pickle slices and LC ketchup. 1/2 cup of oriental slaw.

Snack: Pumpkin custard, made with Splenda

Wednesday
Breakfast: 6oz V-8, 2 string cheese sticks.

Snack: 1 tangelo, and a LC Bluebunny yogurt cup for Mom, just the tangelo for me.

Lunch: Salad - lettuce, tomato, cheese, hardboiled egg, cottage cheese, ranch dressing. 1/2 SF chocolate bar, and 1 cup of tea.

Dinner: 1 gardenburger wrapped in lettuce, with 1 oz cheddar cheese, pickle slices, LC ketchup and a tiny bit of mayo. Cucumber strips with a little salt and vinegar.

Snack: 1 cup Mocha, and later on 1 cup of tea.

lunch chicken salad
snack 1/2 yogurt
supper small lean steak, fried celery, mushrooms, bell pepper. Saurkraut, sting beans, 1/2 c. lima beans
snack 1/2 c yogurt, legal cocoa, tea, coffee , water
