Good morning Chris!

Amazingly enough...I managed to STAY ON PLAN at the Rose Bowl game last night!! By the time we left the stadium, I was STARVED -- there was absolutely NOTHING SB-friendly at that stadium, let me tell you!

The good news? I had an SB snack AFTER the game and this morning?
I'M DOWN TWO!!!

Good Morning Beachers!
I will let everyone know my progress. I am having two eggs for breakfast every morning (4 points) and I'm full past lunch time! I'm also having eggs for dinner some nights and not buying the frozen dinners as much. When I did WW before and lost 31 pounds in six months, I was having Cream of Wheat for breakfast every morning. Now, I know to have that once in a while. Today is day #2 for me back on WW and I feel leaner.

I'll continue to post here every day as this is a great support group and I love you all. Have a great day on the beach everyone!

Good afternoon ladies,

I just got back from a killer step and sculpt work out. Our instructor is very no nonsense and very very tough. I have never sweated so hard before and I'm so sore now that I can barely type. Yikes! It was a super work out and I'm so glad the classes are back again.

The scale is being very kind to me these days but I have to wait until Sunday to see what the official tally is. I'm hoping to see a modest 1 pound lost for the week but I keep my calories low (for me) and I'm working out again like crazy so hopefully I'll see some rewards.

Stephanie - it sounds like WW is working well for you. I miss my eggs for breakfast. I limit them to the weekend when I have a ww english muffin with 2 strips of bacon. Can't wait for Saturday although I do love my whole wheat cereal during the week too. Congrats on feeling leaner, that is such a great feeling!

Winterstale - congrats on being down 2 pounds! When you stick to program and see results, it just makes you feel it's all worthwhile.

Chris - thanks for getting us started today!
