*♥*HAPPY NEW YEAR Menus - Jan. 1, 2006!♥*
Menus please...tell us what you are eating. Are you making changes in the New Year or staying the course?
I have gone back to eating closer to Phase 1 for a few days. I have definitely developed some cravings, so I want to get those under control right away! What I know for today (so far): B: 2 slices turkey bacon, 2-egg, spinach & lf american cheese omelet. S: celery stick with laughing cow light cheese L: 3 oz. tuna salad on lettuce not sure yet about rest of the day... |

Plan on working hard with my portion control. My problem is I like this way of eating way too much!
I'll post my menu when I've finished the days eating. Have a great New Year's Day! ![]() |

All right! One of our goals for the year is to post our menus every day. We will be posting one day behind, since we never know what we're cooking until we get there!
Breakfast: Guacamole and Cheese Omelette, 6 oz. V-8 juice, coffee with Splenda, milk, and cocoa powder. Lunch: Yogurt, walnuts, Caramel DaVinci's, 1 tablespoon shredded coconut. Supper: Enchiladas de Crema - 2 tortillas, sour cream, cheese, green sauce with a bit of 1/2 and 1/2 added. Salad with 1 tablespoon dressing. Snack: 6 almonds, coffee with Splenda, milk, and cocoa powder. |
