Here is my menu:
B: 1 cup of ww cereal with 1 tablespoon of raisins and skim milk S: 1 medium apple with 1 tablespoon of all natural peanut butter and 1/2 cup of coffee with half and half and Equal L: a big grilled chicken cesar salad with tomatoes (no croutons) and 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing S: 1 oz of cashews D: 2 pieces of fish and 1 cup of homemade cole slaw with a sf jello pudding cup for dessert I'll be back to edit my entry with projected calories after I put my menu into fitday.

It's too late to update my previous post but I wanted to put in my projected calorie intake. The above menu according to fitday is 1679 calories which is within my limit of 1200 to 1700 calories.
