menu and water thread question
where did it go to ??? Do yall need me to do it for ahwile? I am not trying to take anyones place, its just that I like reading menues and learning from everyone.
Sheila I might just need new glasses, but I cant find it anywhere todays phase 1 south beach brkst 3 eggs with 2 slices of turkey bacon snack 0 lunch 2 hb eggs, 1/4 c carrots snack sf jello supper 5 bean soup without the soup. 1/2 c 4 oz of chicken ,small salad dessert one c of legal hot cocoa and sf jello |

Sheila - I know if someone else usually was a starter of a particular thread for us (like the daily check in thread or the menu or water thread) then I feel sort of funny starting it but I'm pretty sure we are a relaxed bunch around here and anyone that wants to start any of our daily threads is more than welcome. I usually start the exercise thread for the week but if I'm not around or can't get to it right away, I appreciate someone else starting it for us.
Here is my menu for the day: B: 1 cup of ww cereal with skim milk and 1 tablespoon of raisins S: SBD protein bar and 1/2 cup of coffee with equal and half and half L: a big grilled chicken cesear salad with tomato slices, no croutons and 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing S: 1 cup of grapes D: 2 cups of ww spaghetti with meatsauce and a sugar free chocolate pudding cup for dessert Approximately 1600 calories (my target is anywhere from 1200-1700 caloriers per day)
