*♥*Thursday Check In - Dec. 29♥*

Hi Beachers!
Here's to another perfect day....anyone want to join me? I've already been at my job for two days and it's a breeze, so far. I feel like I fit right in there...

This week has been TOM and I've been exercising every day this week so far, so I'm not expecting too much of a loss, but my weigh-in isn't until Saturday.

I love grinning like this... ...can you tell?

I got my Callanetics "10 in 10" DVD today, but am not going to do it until Saturday. I'll probably do it Saturday and Sunday....since it says it only needs to be done twice a week.

Hi Everyone! Sorry I have been MIA! Our computer crashed and I have been having withdrawls without it! I am on a loaner, and will have a new one tomorrow! I'll be back then! Doing fine, but glad that Christmas is over...

Thanks to all who have been starting the check-in threads!

Miss you!

Day three on Return to Phase 1. NO CHEATS! Steph, keep us posted on your job. It is hard to go into a new position.
Well I really want to say HIP HIP HOORAY, but when I do the weight goes back up instead of down! BUT the whoosh fairy came for a visit. Now, if she will just STAY! I amazingly dropped two pounds over night. So todays weight is 170.6 I think I am going to pick this day for weigh in on this site. I usually weigh in on Mons.
Hi Chris and Pompom. Best wishes on the beach too. Will check back later.
Sheila

HAVE A GREAT DAY

I'm in Seattle right now, so I'm not doing straight SB. I'm trying to eat as healthy as possible and watching my portion sizes. I had 2 bad days on Christmas Eve and Christmas day, but I feel like I've recovered pretty well.

raptureready - that's awesome about the 2 pounds!!! I love it when weight dsrops unexpectedly!

Hi guys!

Just taking a quick minute to check in. I'm happy with what the scale read this morning. It was even lower after my work out at the gym (I know stop weighing myelf so much - giggle). Anyway, I hope to see some type of loss that sticks on my weighin day (Sunday).

Let's all try to be strong as we face these last couple of days of December. The new year and a new start is right around the corner. Hugs and love to each of you for making this journey easier thanks to your support and understanding!

Good afternoon beach babes,

Everything is A-OK here with me, still on phase 1 and having a one perfect day. We're lining up some mini get-a-ways, that should be fun.

Glad things are going good for you Steph on the new job, exercise sounds like fun!

Pom!!! It's so good to see you!

Chris, we've been missing you, glad to hear it's just pc problems on why you've been mia!

Yah for you Sheila and your whoosh! Would you send the fairy to me?

Anj, hope you're having fun, glad you checked in and it's easy to jump back on when you get back home, sounds like you're doing good!

Woohoo Lisa, sounds positive, we can do this!

Hi to all who follow!
