how succesful has the beach diet been for you
Am very happy to have found this website as i have just decided to go on a low carb diet after a year of pigging out on fry ups,restaurants, take aways you name it i ate it the results are disastrous.
originally i was just going to cut out bad carbs and eat everything else i thought atkins was a bit too severe coz i need my fruit and veg but then i came accross the south beach diet and i think it will work for me. I would love to hear about your experiences on the south beach and how its worked for you,and hopefully i will be sharing a success story of my own. so glad to have found this site am sure it was fate. |

I love the South Beach program. Thanks to it I have lost over 100 pounds. I totally feel like a new person! I can't say enough good things about this way of eating. December 1 of this year I celebrated my 2 year anniversary eating this way and plan to eat this way for life!
It can work at any restaurant and in any eating situation. For instance, tonight I had dinner at Bob Evans. I enjoyed a multigrain pancake with sugar free syrup, 1-1/2 pieces of sausage and 2 scrambled eggs with cheese. Yummy. I do a lot of working out so I would definitely suggest incorporating some type of exercise into the program, especially if you have a lot of weight to lose because that will help with the sagging skin. I wish you well on the program. Come here often for encouragement and inspiration. I do and these ladies have sure helped me through more than one rough patch. Also, there is a challenge thread for 2006. Please join us if you like!
