My first "perfect day" in a long time!
I am so excited to be able to post about my first perfect day in a long long time. Thanks so much to Marva for the inspiration of the one perfect day, you are the best girlie!!!
As some of you may know I'm doing a low calorie version of our plan. I never thought I could or want to count calories but the weight doesn't seem to move any other way these days no matter how much I kill myself at the gym. Anyway, I have discovered fitday. Boy is that site great. You just plug in the food you ate for the day and it gives you totals of fat, carbs and calories. I love it. My goal is to eat between 1200 and 1400 calories per day. I hit it right on the head with 1420 for yesterday. I did not eat after my dinner, except for a cup of no sugar added hot chocolate which was my dessert. I ate only the foods I had planned to eat. It's amazing how quick calories add up. I was shocked. Anyway, I admit I felt a bit "unfull" by the end of the night. It was a weird feeling. I wasn't hungry exactly but felt kinda empty. I chugged a bottle of water and chewed on some sugar free gum instead of grabbing a snack. So, one perfect day down and on to a perfect day today. Anyone care to join me?

I'll do one perfect days with you! This is day 3 for me and I'm loving it already, I forget how I like phase 1 once I get mentally geared for it.Good for you Lisa on the no night eating! I'm doing that too! |
