Steak, shrimp, chicken, fish, depending on how they are prepared of course.
A nice green salad, with either oil and vinegar, or bring your own dressing! If your entree comes with a potato/starch side, ask them to please substitute a non-starchy vegetable, maybe broccoli, or spinach, or something along those lines... Where are you planning to go? Depending on the restaurant, you might be able to see their menu on their website. That way, you can plan out your meal ahead of time! |

My favorite place to eat out is a steakhouse. I order a NY strip with mushrooms and onions, veggie of the day, side salad (hold the croutons and dressing on the side) and grilled shrimp. I know there is a recipe for 3 minute chocolate cake on the recipe board that a lot of people rave over. I've been meaning to try it but keep forgetting. That cake sounds like it would top off your evening nicely.
Hope that helps! Last edited by zeraspride : 12-27-2005 at 06:11 AM. |
