I plan on basically following the SB plan but allow myself 35pts a week to enjoy some WW CORE foods that arent on the SB list (if i'm making sence) like cous cous, brown rice, or stuff like that, not junk!! K hope I am welcome! |

back! You know, foods like couscous and brown rice and other whole grains (even the dreaded "Bread" word!) ARE on the South Beach food list. There are even recipes using these foods in the recipe section of the South Beach book, and in the South Beach cookbooks. The secret is to eat real foods and stay away from junk, just like you are planning! You just need to keep to reasonable portion sizes and you will be fine. ~Emily |

Welcome Back Liz!!!
Emily just took the words out of my mouth. I was going to comment that whole grains are allowed on SBD. What else does WW/CORE allow that's not on SBD. I'm curious. It's good to have you back with us though. Please let us know how the two programs are working out for you. ![]() |
