Exercise Thread for the weekend of 12-9 thru 12-11

Good Friday afternoon everyone!

Today I went to a weight lifting class followed by an extreme abs class. I am just going to hate it when the classes stop for two weeks for the holiday break. Okay, enough pouting. I am taking the weekend off and not doing any work outs. I've been really sore lately, especially my arms so I'm officially giving myself a little break.

What is your plan for the weekend to get in some exercise. Every calorie you burn counts!

I'm going to run today. I'm not sure how far, I think 3 miles. And I need to finish my back and triceps that I skipped yesterday. probably some abs too...

And I need to stretch, my body has not felt good lately...too many hours sitting at my laptop!

I ran yesterday (4 miles at a slower pace though). Today is my day off. Though I wouldn't mind working out - I'm tired of studying...

I ran 3.25 miles today. I finished my week and did 5 days of working out. I just need to get through 2 more weeks before Christmas (wow, it's only 2 weeks until christmas!) and this next week will be the hardest(3 exams) , but the week after won't be as bad (only 1 paper).
