none at daughters

lunch
hb egg, and apple

snack
coffee with ff milk, and two sf subs

supper
roast chicken, spinach, whole grain brown rice.

snack when i get home
yogurt, or a slice of whole wheat toast, or popcorn

lots of tea, coffee, water

No snack (at the drs.)
Lunch: tri tip sandwitch on ww. sourdough, leftover swt. potato and some lf cottage cheese
No snack: too full LOL
Dinner: fish steamed broccoli and brn. rice
