brk oatmeal and 1 hb egg with apple and cinnamon snack none at daughters lunch hb egg, and apple snack coffee with ff milk, and two sf subs supper roast chicken, spinach, whole grain brown rice. snack when i get home yogurt, or a slice of whole wheat toast, or popcorn lots of tea, coffee, water |
