Okayyyyy here's today:

B: two eggs and two slices of bacon, diet Dr. Pepper (I needed that caffeine!)
S: lf cheese stick
L: Hmmm.. I'm going out for lunch, but I'm going to have a salad of some sort. I'll come back and post.
S: Nuts (almonds)
D: Cajun tilapia and green beans
S: probably a sf fudgesicle

Does anybody know what size the nut serving is supposed to be? I think I'm going overboard w/ my serving size...

Oh, and my goal is plenty of water today. Even if it kills me

B/B, chicken breast with roasted squash, apple
S, string cheese
D, bowl oatmeal, with T. sf cranberry sauce, wg toast, tsp marg.
S, 1 oz peanuts and 1 oz ff cheese

1 srvg. oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda
made with water

snack apple
no lunch , went to my moms
snack
South beach replacement bar

Supper
1 small srv of baked chicken
not even 1/2 c brown whole grain rice
1 slice whole grain bread
1 small sweet potato
1/2 c spinach

snack later will be an apple or 1 c of ff plain yogurt
maybe some sunflower seeds in shell to munch on or sf gum

Wed. Menu - Phase 2
B: ww english muffin with peanut butter & smart balance
S: 2 slices deli thin sliced turkey, 1 slice lf american cheese, 5 Mt. Olive bread & butter pickle chips (made with splenda & sooo good!)
L: none, morning snack too big
S: hot dog
D: 1 slice roast beef, steamed boccoli & carrots

I did not have dinner until almost 8 pm because I had a meeting. I never eat that late, and was worried about my FBS...it was 117 this am. Whew! Dodged that bullet...
