B: Cottage Cheese pancakes, sf syrup, smart balance, 6 oz. V-8
SL none
L: 1 cup chicken barley soup, low carb tortilla with turkey, lf cheese, pickles & mayo (rollup)
S: 8 almonds
D: pork chop with mushrooms, green salad with vinegar & oil, 1/2 sweet potato

Here's my menu:

B: 3 slices of lower fat, thin bacon slices, 1 small whole wheat waffle with sf syrup, 1/2 cup of fat free milk and 1 whole egg and 1 egg white scrambled with a slice of lf cheese

S: 1 medium apple and 2 teaspoons of all natural peanut butter

L: SBD deluxe pizza and a diet soda

S: 10 large grapes

D: homemade beef stroganoff over 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice and 1 cup of n/s/a hot chocolate

Hi I am home for one day then traveling again thought I would check in.

B: 1/2 cup egg beaters, 2 slices turkey bacon, 6 oz. low sodium V8 and coffee
S: String cheese
L: Salad with lowfat cheese, turkey, tomato,and cucumber. ranch dressing herb tea
S:Celery and humus
D: Salmon, mashed cauliflower,salad with italian dressing
S: South beach peanut butter cookie, sleepytime tea
