Here's my menu:
B: 3 slices of lower fat, thin bacon slices, 1 small whole wheat waffle with sf syrup, 1/2 cup of fat free milk and 1 whole egg and 1 egg white scrambled with a slice of lf cheese S: 1 medium apple and 2 teaspoons of all natural peanut butter L: SBD deluxe pizza and a diet soda S: 10 large grapes D: homemade beef stroganoff over 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice and 1 cup of n/s/a hot chocolate |

Hi I am home for one day then traveling again thought I would check in.
