Exercise Thread for the week of 12-5 thru 12-8

Good afternoon everyone!

Only time for a quick drive by. I wasn't able to get to the gym for my weight lifting class (boohoo) but I'll either do a cardio and weight video or 45 minutes on the exercise bike at home this evening.

What about you? Are you doing or what did you do today to help get your body in mean and lean shape? We wanna know!

Hey were are all our exercisers? Come on guys, I know you're out there. I can hear your heavy breathing from all those work outs!!!

My lunch time work out class at the gym was derailed but I did go home and do about 12 miles on my exercise bike.

Today I plan on going to a 45 minute Step class, using the tall risers, and then this evening I'll do a 30-40 minute bike ride (7-9 miles) while I watch Commander in Chief.

What about everyone else? We would love to hear from you!

Hi, I plan to lift lower body weights and do the ellipitcal tonight.

Sun I ran and yesterday was a day off.

I need to get it 4 more days this week - I will not let exams derail me.

Our 1 hr. Callanetics program, dance classed for Emily, Mom was going to walk at the college gym track, but there was a basketball game, so I walked the isles at Wal-Mart instead.

I follwed through and did work out! I lifted lower body weights and did the elliptical for 45 mins. 3 more days left this week!

I didn't get to post yesterday at all. I went to the gym after work and ran on the treadmill 30 minutes. I actually alternated between powerwalking and running and tried to run 2-4 minutes straight with powerwalking in between. It felt really good!

Today I have express cardio class which is a mix of step aerobics and kickboxing and then I'll stay for extreme abs.

I did the elliptical for 20 mins, did part of my upper body weights (I'll have to finish back and triceps tomorrow) and then I did a 30 min core class.
