Good morning to all and yah on all the weight losses and getting closer to goal!

I'm happy to report a 2 lb loss from last Monday and being closer to siggy and nearer to goal!

with the backslide of having nuts late night I'm up a couple of pounds. I just hate the mind games I play with myself. Forturnately there have been no repeats so I won that round. If I can just get to my next mini goal that will be wonderful. I'm sure going to try!

Woo Hoo Marva you are doing fantastic! You are my inspiration and keep me on track.

Stephanie it will start moving again. We all are going to make it I just have that feeling..

I have .5 ounds to go. I decided that I am changing my goal to 159.5 - which means 4 pounds left! I've been slacking, but I've decided that I am going to step up the pace. I keep letting myself eat too much and I need to stop. I know I can lose the 4 pounds as long as I don;t stress eat and continue to exercise.

I'm sad. Losing so slow. Up a pound, down a pound. It seems anything I eat with salt or sodium just upsets the apple cart. To me nothing taste good without some salt added. Like chicken when I bake it. I am at 173.8 this morn, up one pound from yesterday. eeeesh Doing my calan workout, walking on off days usually, drinking my water.

I hate to go back to phase 1 ...just incorporated whole grain rice and whole grain bread. I hate to think that did it. I thought it would make my sugar readings high, but I ate, did my calan workout and my reading almost two hrs after supper were only 110.

rapture ready - I think weight just fluctuates a lot. I'm was up 3 pounds this morining because I got only 3 hrs of sleep, I'm always up the day after I lift, whenever I eat anything salty....there are so many reasons. That's why I weigh myself every (or every day i think I might be down). I have PMS so I won't see my weight go down for another 2 weeks, hen I lose really well for about 2 weeks. Bodies are strange...try not to get too frustrated.

So, I've decided that instead of really trying to make my 159.5 goal. I'm going to try to deficit 14,000 calories by christmas (which is the equivalent of 4 pounds). I won't see an actual weight change for another 2 weeks so I need to try to motivate myself some other way. These 2 weeks are going to be rough so I need everything I can get. I started this on 12/4 and as of yesterday I've deficited 3,269 calories.

I'm also going to try to start posting my menus. That will give me some accountability. I really don't think there is one day that I don't cheat and this will make me realize it before it snowballs.
