Here is my menu:
B: 3/4 cup of ww cereal with skim milk; 2 eggs scrambled with a slice of lf cheese and 2 small sausage patties S: 1 SBD bar with 1/2 cup of skim milk L: leftover homemade beef strognoff over 1/2 cup of long grain converted rice with 10 grapes S: 1 medium apple with 1 tsp of all natural peanut butter D: 1/2 bowl of homemade chili with a sugar free chocolate jello pudding cup for dessert |

I've decided to post my menus the morning after, I think it will help hold me accountable for the night snacking.
So yesterday was..... B, tangerine, 2 eggs, 1 slice ww/wg toast with 1 tsp marg. L, 1/2 c oatmeal w tsp marg. S, 1/2 c lf cottage cheese w salsa D, 1 ww flatbread, 2 oz deli turkey, 1 t mayo, 1 slice ff swiss cheese and veggies S, 1/2 c yogurt |

Hi guys! I dunno if anyone remembers me, I was here back in May/June/July... and I gained some weight back bc I just went nuts my first few months of marriage! I guess since I'd gone so long dieting I kind of fell off the wagon hard. But I'm getting there.
Here's my menu for today: B: 1 hard boiled egg and a lf mozzarella cheese stick S: none L: grilled chicken w/ lc bbq sauce and a small salad w/ cucumbers, bell pepper, and ranch dressing S: um.. none... D: Grilled tilapia w/ green beans Dessert: planning on a sf fudgsicle DH made a WONDERFUL dinner! This is Phase 1 in case you couldn't tell... Phase 1 is so blah. And I forgot my snacks today 'cause I was in class. Does anybody have any good lunch ideas?? Because I'm so tired of salad lol.
