Mine for yesterday: B: 1/2 c. southwestern egg beaters, 1 slice lf american cheese, ww english muffin, 6 oz. v-8 S: 1/2 banana, 10 peanuts L: hamburger patty, cottage cheese S: none D: 2 slices veggie pizza on ww crust (home made) Not enough veggies yesterday ![]() |
