Breakfast: 1/2 cup eggbeaters, green pepper, green onion, mushrooms, parmessan cheese omelet with salsa, coffee Regular black Snack: Hardboiled egg Lunch: Homemade turkey soup with spinach,broccoli, mushrooms, celery and onion. tea Snack: Laughing cow cheese on celery Dinner: Mashed cauliflower, baked bass, grean salad with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes and ranch dressing. herb tea Sweet Treat: Jello sugarfree chocolate pudding cup 60calories. |
