Exactly 4 weeks left till Christmas. For me, it really isn't Christmas as much as finishing finals. I started the week well yesterday and ran for 4 miles. I need to lose another 3.5 pounds to make my goal. That, plus all the water weight I am holding for some reason.

My goal for no more late night eating is still enforced. I've made it through the last 2 weeks and now working to get through this one. I'm hoping to move into the next milestone and reach 220's somewhere. I'll be happy any place in that area by Christmas.

I was surprised to see that countdown coming from my home town Marva. That was a neat surprise!

8 pounds by Christmas! I will definitely be in onederland by then.

Goals for the next 4 weeks
1) Work out as often as possible ( 5-6 days a week)
2) No cheating for no reason. Special parties are different and then I will not over do it.
3) Drink water at home on the weekends

Okay, I guess my goal is to lose 3.5 more lbs - which would put my at 163.

Also, I want to exercise 5 days a week.

I want to try not to stress eat. I gotta not to that tonight, particularly. I have a presentation in the morning I hate talking in front of groups.

When I first posted, my goal was to lose 10 pounds by Christmas/New Year's. I'm down 4.5 already, so I only have 5.5 to go!

I get to start walking (I can't do cardio right now...I'm too big, I get so ill...I love it when I'm thinner, though) and doing sculpting. My target muscle group is my abs! It's the part that bothers me the most on my whole body.

you are all doing so good. I am up almost 2 pounds this morning. DISGUSTED ... I havent cheated, so it has to be saurkraut, and lf hot dogs. Drinking lots of water.

I'm down another 1.5 pounds - which means I'm 1/2 pound away from my Christmas goal!!!

I don't know if I should reset it or just keep it. I still have 3 weeks of brutal exams to go through so I don;t want to be too hard on myself. But at the same time, I don;t want to get sloppy - thinking I can coast for the next 3 weeks.

I think I'm going to make a new "stretch" goal of 159.5 - that would be 4 pounds in 3 weeks, which isn't impossible, but enough to still challange me.

I had a little backslide last night but after weighing this morning and seeing that little rise on the scale I'm back on track again. Have a nice Sunday!
