Low carb wraps
Does anyone know where I can get low-card wrap bread? I have become addicted to Subways wraps and really would like to make them at home but I wasn't sure if I needed to go to a healthfood store or if I could go to the regular grocery store to get them! TIA

You can use whole wheat wraps. I think ours are called Mama Tia's or something like that. We got them in Walmart by the tortillas. They're pretty good.

Our Wal-Mart has a flatbread called Carbdown Flatout in the deli section with the pita breads. One flatbread had 8 net carbs ( if you do the net carb thing) and they are big enough to make two wraps out of one flatbread. They also have Buena Vida whole wheat LC tortillas is the cheese case with other tortillas. Sometimes we just use plain WW tortillas. My problem with the LC tortillas and flatbreads is they are "gummy", but it beats not having any at all.
