(yesterdays) Brkst 1 serv of oatmeal, 1 hb egg coffeesnack (sundays are a bad day for me for eating plan) 0 lunch yogurt and and apple snack apple after church supper chicken soup, a big bowl snack later, one small bag of lf popcorn, and a grapefruit |
