That's great Sheila...especially with THanksgiving and all.


As of Saturday morning, I was down to 166.5 - which is defintely a new low for me. It's wierd though, the last couple of days I've been in the low 170's on the scale. I know it's not real weight, but I'm a little freaked out my it. I made a chicken caccatorie recipe and I salt that a lot, so I'm wondering if it because of this. I'm not at a time in my cycle in which I typically gain weight either. I guess I have to ignore it. I count calories and I know I've eaten well within range.

Day 3 for me.....on P1-1.5 . I'm feeling pretty good and in control for once. I'm probably a tad over my cheese limit for the past few days, but it's better than going to a total P2. I am trying to limit myself to one P2 food serving a day.....maybe 2 (like yesterday, I really needed it). The scale is moving down, and TOM is almost gone, so I'm hoping that my food cravings will be leaving the building soon.

Good to be back and thinking about other things that food. What's up with that?.....when you cheat is all you can think about "What can I have now? I've already screwed up, let's keep going, LOL" . Sad but true.

I have a new "snack" to share. Turkey pastrami rolled up "filled" swiss cheese and microwaved. I make 4 of them using 1 slice of RF swiss cheese. Yum !!

What's everyone up to today? I pick up DS from school in an hour, DD just got up from a nap. I went to the gym today...yay me

Hey ya'll. I can't believe people actually lost weight over a holiday! LOL. Way to go. Good for you.

I am back on track today. I never made it to the gym yesterday. I laid down on the bed with my cats and ended up taking a very long nap . I guess my body needed it. I will go to the gym today. The only P2 food I've had today is 1/2 a grapefruit. I have a hard time giving up the fruits. Plus, the acid is good for burning fat. I'll probably have some SF pudding tonight and that will be the only other P2 food for the day.

I gained a few pounds over Thanksgiving, but I am not sure how much is real weight and how much might be water retention. I am not good about drinking my water at home. I need to work on that. I am wearing pants today that are a little loose, so I am hoping most of what I gained was just water. The next few days should be telling. Anyway, regardless, I have at least 8 pounds to go by Christmas Eve.
