I'm here, maintained my weight last week, which was my plan, so I'm glad for that. Just getting on my treadmill, the start of a new week for me!

Hello Friends !! Long time no see. I have been hiding....been sooooo off program that I want to throw up

TOM, Thanksgiving, and a cold all in the same week is just not fair

Today I am starting over, beginning again....trying to get my act together. Made myself a huge omlette with eggbeaters, FF cheese, turkey bacon, veggies, etc, so I am full....with the hopes that I wont cheat. I need to get in 3 good days for the hunger to disappear....this I know. Getting from today to Tuesday is going to be rough. I am totally "P1-ing it" for as long as I can. I would really like to say that I'll do P1 for x-days, but that puts too much pressure on me.....just have to take it one day at a time.

I already have lunch planned so there's no excuse. I had some eggplant/beef/ricotta type of casserole in the freeze, so I'll have that with a little salad. For dinner.....more salad and probably leftover turkey.

Thanksgiving was very good (minus the fire, LOL). "Small" grease fire in the oven (hefty pan leaked and the grease caught fire). Everything turned out OK.....but we ate a little later than I had planned. The fire, making the guests wait.....blah, blah, blah, I had too much wine and snacks, and it snowballed. I had everything planned for a SB friendly day, but the stress got to me and I blew it.

In my absence here, I've gained back at least 10 pounds.....maybe more....my pants are tight.

So, if you'll have me back, I'll like to rejoin you all again and get back on track.

Reg

Reg can you see me doing the happy dance here? I'm so glad to see you! A big WELCOME BACK coming from me to you! When I have my late night eating battles I'm usually gaining up to a 10 pound gain until I get that ole beast back under control. I'm just plain sick and tired of losing those same ole pounds over and over again so now after a week of no late night eating I am starting to get close again to that new territory. I'm so glad to see you taking it just a day at a time as you need to focus now on you. Just keep thinking that this is the first day to the rest of your life and you are going to do this for you.

Sharon.....you are so sweet. Thanks for the hugs and welcome back.

There are days that I just want to cry. I want to lose this weight so badly. I have been heavy all my life and over the past month I have been slipping back into bad habits. How can I go from TOTAL control to NO control so quickly? and then the "just one more "cookie" before going back on plan" never is "just one".....ya know?

I have 2 kids and a DH to feed....when I'm on program it's not a problem. They eat some of my foods, and sometimes I make separate meals. When I'm in control there can be snacks, cookies, etc and they dont bother me. I just have to get thru a few days and I'll be back in control. Any idea how I can gain control back?

I just had to come back for support.....'cause I cant do it without you.

I know you're all probably tired of hearing me complain and beat myself up. For that I am sorry

Hey, ladies. I'm around, but probably won't be checking in much. Things are going to be crazy. I'm on plan...just a little stressed. I'll check in when I can.

Reg - It's great to see you back! You can do this!

Hi all -

I'm down 1/2 pound today. I have to lose 3.5 more pounds to get to my Christmas goal. I have exactly 4 weeks to do it. Seems like it should be no problem, but I am coming up on exams and I have always gained during exams. I really think I can do it this time though!

I know you can do this Reg. Just hang in there one day at a time. You'll be back on track in no time. Make sure you have SB friendly foods available when the others are eating there things. I usually stay within the food guidelines. When the others are picking at the wrong things for me I go and get something that I really enjoy that is on plan. It doesn't matter that I have more than what I should have had of that favorite thing. I will have another serving of it if I need it while the others in the household are having something different. The urge to go eat the wrong things will pass if you give it a little time.

Morning All!

Hi Reg! GREAT to have you around again! I've missed you!

Hey Stephanie (Rocky), Love that new avatar photo!

PIR8LUVR, I guess I missed you big day too! Sorry, but here are some belated wishes!

Hi to Sheila, Sharon, Anj, Marva & SBinCA!!

Sunday morning weigh in was disappointing, although I expected it! I ate MuShu pork last night and I am up a lb. this morning! I hope it is from all the salt, and a couple of days will undo the damage. FBS was 116, and that has been in the low 100's again. I had an on-plan day until dinner. That darn chinese food is my weakness (well...one of them ) I guess if I look at it positively, I now know that once I am on Phase 3, and occasional treat or off-plan meal can be managed by jumping right back on plan and taking off the extra gain quickly. Just have to remember that this kind of detour just makes the Phse 2 journey longer!

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!

Hi Gang
Today FBS 118... eeesh. That has to be from the veggies, what to do?
Weigh in tomorrow. I weighed today and hopefully will stay the same for tomorrow, or even more loss would be nice.
Inches are down, need to go to Callenetic board and shout hurray!!!
Coach belt???

Planning on a nice quiet Sunday of rest. I woke up this morning with a slight cold so feeling a little under the weather. We are finally getting a little bit of cold snap here in California and the nights have been real chilly.

We are coming up on a brand new week and now is the time to focus on our goals. Having a perfect day today to start us off. Come and join me.

I had every intention of getting back on track today. I started off fine. My parents wanted to go to lunch after church and we planned to go to our favorite Mexican restaurant where there are plenty of low-carb choices. The wait was too long, so we went to a different place. They are not too low-carb friendly. I got a burger and some homemade chips. The burger was not good. I ended up not eating the bread. I guess that is what I get for not getting a salad. Off to the gym. Hopefully I can make myself feel better there!

Im too short and chunky for a belt. Even when small, a belt just overpowers me , or so I think. Same with some kind of pants... I do like the belt though. Well getting off here for a while , going to gazelle and watch some Christmas parade of tv.
