Snack: A very sm. wedge of butternut squash
Lunch: Cannelli bean salad
Snack: apple
Dinner: salmon, baby lettuce salad with oo/vin. and steamed veggie
Dessert: nf. plain yogurt over strawberries

S: 2 deviled eggs

L: lettuce, 3 oz.tuna, 1 deviled egg, 2 tbsp blue cheese dressing

D: Ham, South Beach coleslaw, steamed broccoli & carrots
