adding wine in phase 2
I am considering starting SBD after Thanksgiving with the support of people at work and this board. My question is...How many of you have successfully added wine into your daily menu? How much do you drink? Did it slow your weight loss down? I know, more than 1 question! Thanks for your help! Jenny

I drink wine, but not every day. I usually have a couple of glasses on the weekends. It haven't noticed it slowing my progress at all. Except if I get kind of tipsy and decide to eat lots of other stuff!

Just checked the guide to make sure and in Phase 2 red or white wine is allowed. I don't drink alcohol so I can't tell you if it stalled me or not but I do know that 1 glass of wine with a meal is healthy. I suppose it's best to use anything like that with disgression.
