Hello All - I am back...and fat.

After doing well on the Beach this summer, it all went downhill when I started grad school. I work 10-11 hours a day, sit in the car for 4 hours, and class for 3. I've done the math and that is 17 hours a day of sitting on my butt!

I used my lack of time to excuse away my poor eating choices. The breaking point was this past weekend when I went shopping for formal dresses, and not only did everything look terrible...but I had to try on size 16 dresses. I have never been that size.

So starting tomorrow (since I have the day to myself and can hit the store) I'm am recommiting to the Beach. I know it works, I have to belive I can do it!

Just wanted to say "hi!" and will be needing some support...especially heading into the hollidays, but I don't want to put it off...if I don't start now I am afraid of where I will end up!

It's so good to see you back on the beach! This will be my 3rd holiday season while eating SB and it can be done without too much hassle. Planning is the key and staying true to the plan. It gets easier I'm finding. We can do this together.

Welcome back, Sugar! This is my third time doing the SB, but I think this is the longest I've stayed faithful...LOL. It's all about making it for life. I know you're serious about it because you started before the holidays! LOL I know how that is. Tempting to put it off, but I'm glad you joined us here. Welcome!
