Good Morning all! I am down another pound! Woo hoo! For some reason it seems that my weight drops towards the end of the week. I've been to the gym 5 days in a row! I probably won't make my Thanksgiving goal (200), but I should come close!
Only 22 'til goal! I am starting to see a difference in the way some clothes fit, which is definitely a motivator. It is also a good thing because so many things I bought last fall either didn't fit or didn't look good a few weeks ago when I switched out my summer clothes for my winter ones. Have a good day!

That's just wonderful that the scale is being kind. I haven't weighed so I don't know what is going on with mine. I just know that I'm still having night eating problems and need better control of that one. A big HI to everyone that follows and be good to yourselves today! |

Hi Everyone! Working overtime on a proposal today, just shipped it off into cyber-space! I am pooped! No time to check in at all until now...
Ate on plan all day. Didn't have time to do anything else! I'll get tomorrow's threads started and hopefully have time to spend here tomorrow! |
