*!*Friday Water Challenge - Nov. 11*!*

Are you drinking your water?

I'll be in a big conference on Friday. Hope there will be lots of water! Especially since the food is bound to be BAD!! I'll try to get at least 80 oz. in.

I have had my first gallon. I know I'll have another gallon by the end of the day. I'm so glad I have no more cravings for diet drinks. That was a major thing for me several months ago. Now I love just drinking water. Sometimes I have tea and a little coffee but no more bad aspertame!

I am having a tough time kicking the diet coke habit. I quite for 4 days, and then caved in. I can handle every other aspect of dieting, accept that. I tried the Spenda Coke, but it tastes like Windex. Appreciate your thoughts...

For me it was cold turkey. I just sub water and ice tea for the diet pepsi and kept my routine of the amount I was drinking the same. At first it bothered me but after a week of doing this the craving was gone. I have to say that I did make other attempts at quiting before this last one and nothing worked. I guess I was just ready for the change. Good luck to you. Don't give up. If you don't make it stick this time you will at some point.
