*!*Wednesday Water Challenge - Nov 9*!*
Are you drinking your water?? Post your ounces here!
OK! I am have missed my goal several times in the last couple of weeks! Since it is cooler, I am having to force that water! My sister gave me an idea. She heats water as if for tea and drinks it plain with a hint of lemon or lime juice. I might give that a try... Goal today: 160 oz. |

Hi, Chris
We like ginger tea. Take some fresh ginger and slice several thin slices and simmer until it tastes ginger-y. It is really comforting in the winter. We don't count it as water, but couldn't you sneak it in if you are having trouble? |

Made my 160! Tried the warm lemon water. It was ok, but not going to help me get the water down!
Now I love the idea of ginger tea! I'll get some fresh ginger tomorrow & give it a try! Thanks for the suggestion! |
