Happy Wednesday! What's cookin' today?

I'll post yesterday's menu since I never got back here!

B: 2 slices turkey bacon, 2 egg omelet with broccoli & cheese, 6 oz. V-8

S: 1/2 banana

L: chef salad, lettuce, tomato, celery cucumber, turkey ham, cheese, blue cheese dressing

S: 20 peanuts

D: 4 lf triscuit cracker-wiches, cheese & turkey pepperoni

Too much cheese today...

Lunch
butternut squash
4 oz very lean pork cutlet
3 mushrooms, a little bell pepper, green onion, 3 slices tomato simmered together in Pam

Snack None..not hungry

Supper
roast chicken
1/2 pomagrante (sp) tasted like cranberries..yum
spinach
1 c. legal cocoa with sanka added

snacks after supper
1 c ff yogurt
1/2 c cottage cheese
1/3 c sunflower seeds in the shell

128+ water, plus various teas, and coffee throughout the day

Here's my menu:

B: 1 ww english muffin, 1 whole egg and 1 egg white scrambled with a slice of lf cheese and 3 slices of lower fat bacon

S: 1 Dannon light and fit cherry vanilla yogurt

L: ww peanut butter (all natural) and grape jam (sugar free) sandwich with 1 cup of 2% milk

S: 12 grapes

D: homemade chili with a sugar free jello chocolate pudding cup for dessert

B: 2 hb eggs made into curry egg salad, 1 slice ww toast, 1 tbsp smart balance, 6 0z. v-8

S: none

L: 6 oz. canned tuna, lettuce, tomato, cuke & celery, caesar/blu cheese dressing mixed, topped with a few peanuts

S: 1/2 cup of lf yogurt with raspberry davinci's syrup

D: taco salad, ground turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, lf cheese, and salsa
