Good Morning, all! I thought I would go ahead and get us started. It is going to be another beautiful, summer-like, day here in NC. A cold front is coming through tonight and I am excited!

I've had two perfect days and plan on another one day. I made myself go to the gym yesterday even though I was so tired when I left work. But, I felt really good when I was done and had the energy to do all the chores I needed to around the house later.

If I can just control myself on the weekends, I would really be making progress. I have been so bad about cheating on saturdays and Sundays. Not arbitrarily, but because of special occassions. I know I should have more restraint than that. Anyway, my dad's 65th birthday is saturday. My goal is to only have a small piece of dessert and no other cheating. If I succeed, I am pretty sure I will be down to 205 by the end of the week, which would make 15 pounds total for me.

Good Morning PIR8LUVR! Thanks for the post!

Sounds like you are having similar weather to us in N. California! Cold, crisp & beautiful sunshine. I love it, but have noticed that since losing weight, I am cold all the time! My poor husband hasn't seen me out of sweats for days! Last night I had a meeting that I had to dress professionally for. He said, "Wow! You look great!" Now that made my day! But this am, I am back into sweats...

Proud of you for your perfect days and making it to the gym! I think we all are going to have to think about how to cope with all the food-related activities coming up in the next few weeks! That might just be the subject of a new thread...

That is evidently a result of the weight loss and your body becoming healthier. The same thing happens to me. I was always so hot-natured, and would break out in a sweat easily, but not any more! I know part of it is because my blood pressure is at a normal level now (it was borderline before).
