Evaporated Milk
Did someone say evaporated milk has no carbs? I have a recipe for homemade hot chocolate and I want to see if I can modify it to be low carb.

I'm not sure about the no carbs but I do know that you can have the low fat - non fat evaporated milk on SB. I haven't tried it for hot chocolate but I use it in other ways without any problems or difference in taste.

I'm glad to hear this. I have been missing evaporated milk and was afraid for some reason to use it. Now I know I can! Yummy! Thanks Sharon.
