It is soup & stew weather in Northern California! I think the beef burgundy recipe that was posted earlier in the daily dish thread might show up on my menu on Tuesday or Wednesday!

I'm jealous! I wish it was soup & stew weather here in NC! It's going to be close to 80 today and we may break a record high tomorrow. It is supposed to cool down by the weekend though.

B: Banana & 2 tbsp peanut butter, 10 oz 1% milk
S: hard-boiled egg
L: Tuna salad, SB WW crackers, 1/4 cup cashews, FF yogurt
S: Q-smart cereal bar
D: Taco salad, green beans
S: SF lemon jello or 1/2 of a Slim-a-bear klondike bar

western omlet
2 slices turkey bacon

snack
1/2 c cottage cheese with sweet low packet, 1 tsp cocoa mixed together..soooo good

lunch
3 oz tuna on romaine lettuce 2 tblsp full fat ranch drsg.
ff mozerella cheese

snack
1 c ff yogurt/1/2 pomegranate with 1 tsp. natural p.butter

supper
3 oz steak, butternut squash
1/2 black eyes peas

dessert/snacks
2 sf popsicles
1/3 c jalepeno sunflower seeds in the shell
1 c legal cocoa with coffee in it

Today's menu: Phase 2

Breakfast: almonds, nf plain yogurt and 1/4 slice cantalope

Snack: 2 cubes light laughing cow and tomato soup

Lunch: brown rice/zucchini combo/roasted eggplant with parm.

Snack: didn't get one in

Dinner: turkey burger, sliced tomatoes and leftover steamed zucchini combo

Dessert: 1/4 slice of cantalope
